The easies way to get 3+ inches in the front with OME HD springs would be to buy front Franky lift. But since you already have Rustys, it came with OME strut and all you need is a spacer, spring and daystar top plate. You can get all those from boulderbars.com

I have 05 with Rustys lift and it sagged quite a bit, I bought some OME HD springs that I will replace Rustys with in a few weeks. Since I put my Rustys in it sagged close to an inch. When I first put it in I got around 3.5" by itself. After that it sagged so I put 2 clevis rings in it and after everything I have 2.5" lift now with 2 clevis rings.

If you want to go qith 15s you have to get steel wheels like Cragers soft 8s. I think they will be able to clear the calipers in the back.

15" cragar soft 8's will clear the front and rear calipers.

the front is REALLY close, but it does clear, and i havent had any issues with them.

Keep in mind that after you do a frankenlift to the front that you probably will have UBJ contact on the spring and you should get a set of upper a-arms from JBA which can be bought at boulderbars or rock lizard fabrications. You may not NEED them but it will help will UBJ wear. Just a heads up if you didn'tt know.
Like tom said call heather she is more then helpful! You can probably purchase most the stuff you are looking for from other places but you would have to go through multiple suppliers and not sure who would be best in your location.

You can buy already assembled front end from boulderbars from $530 to $655 depending if you get a Premium I or Premium II.
If you buy parts separate the OME HD struts would be $70 each from ok4wd.com or rustys
Daystar Top Plate - $25 each at boulderbars, they have them I talked to them, you just have to ask.
Don't know how much the spacer is but I assume its around 3/4 inch thick.
I didn't incude shipping on anything above.

It will be cheaper for you to assemble it yourself but I don't know if it will be worth it. the only part that you don't have to buy are the struts. Its your call I guess :D

A while back I posted this list of links for places i used to compile my lift parts. It took some time and maybe paid a little more on shipping totals than i needed to but it did allow me to aquire the neccessary parts over time and not shell out the high cost of the frankenlift all at once.

"Others can chime in on getting 3 inches, but you will need OME NS131 front shocks
OME n132 Rear shocks or N132L Long travel shocks if going to 3 inches i think.

http://www.4by4connection.com/likjomesu.html Good price on springs and shocks

http://www.ok4wd.com/index.php/catalog/product/old_man_emu_nitrocharger_shock_absorbers_yellow/ Good price on Struts, UN assembled

http://www.trademotion.com/partlocator/index.cfm?action=getJointLocator&siteid=214583&chapter=&sectionids=19,2512&groupid=20135&subgroupid=62231&make=17&model=Liberty&year=2007&catalogid=1&displayCatalogid=0 GOOD pron OEM strut mount

http://www.trademotion.com/partlocator/index.cfm?action=getJointLocator&siteid=214583&chapter=&Sectionids=19,2512&groupid=20135&subgroupid=61752&componentid=0&make=17&model=Liberty&year=2007&graphicID=T043050&callout=9&catalogid=1&displayCatalogid=0 GOOD price on stock spring insulators U will need 4 for the front, upper and lower are the same

http://www.trademotion.com/partlocator/index.cfm?action=getJointLocator&siteid=214583&chapter=&sectionids=24,2788&groupid=20135&subgroupid=61752&make=17&model=Liberty&year=2007&catalogid=1&displayCatalogid=0 GOOD price on Rear Spring Insulators, if you need them, 2x upper and lowers. Other places to get fatter ones for more lift. other can chime in on those.

3" and over starts to put a starin on the A arms and starts putting a strain on the wallet too.

Get the front struts, HD Springs, mounts and insulators, take them someplace that has a STRONG strut compressor and sweet talk them into compressing and assembling them. read on here how to do it and announce the "Lift Party and some LOST members may come help out.

One other key component is the strut retianer plate. The ones on your current stock strut assemblies will work, but you have to have them removed befroe assembling the Old Man Emu struts.

The Pizza and Beer tends to get expensive.....

Hmm... I think you meant OME HD springs, because $70 would be a great deal on the struts! :) If you already have a Rusty's lift (with good OME struts) and rebuilding the strut tower doesn't bother you then it's definitely worth doing this on your own. A new set of OME struts accounts for nearly half the cost of the strut towers! I know All J's doesn't want to take responsibility for "fixing" other manufacturer's lifts, but if/when the time comes that my current springs have worn out I'd hope they'd be willing to sell the individual parts (sans struts) so I could rebuild my strut towers. I'd rather support them than buy elsewhere, and compressing springs only makes me slightly nervous (as it would any sane person). The only mystery part in the kit for me is the spring spacer they're using.
