OK so I have about 1 oil change left in the factory warranty. Thus far my ONLY issues have been with the stupid window regulators, couldn't have asked for more with the other components. So I want to take care of some of the quirky Chrysler things with the CRD to increase the longevity of the drivetrain.

Current:
-ORM
-my muffler dissapeared

I was thinking of doing the following:
-CAT fuel filter (has it been decided that this is a good thing or are people still having some issues?)
-EHM (provent??)

I'm still undecided on the lift pump... we'll see how the other things pan out.

And of course the suncoast TC if I start having problems with mine.

Any thoughts? Did I forget anything?

Since I plan to keep mine till the wheels fall off, I recently bought the 100K extended warrenty. I've done the ORM and added a ProVent but am holding off on mods that I can't quickly remove/reverse until after the 100K mile mark. I'm convinced there are a few more issues that need to be worked out between now and then.

I've been a satisfied user of the CAT filter on my TDI for the last 80K and had planned on adding one to my CRD. Maybe after the filter head problems gets addressed or I pass the 100K mark. Fuel starvation of the IP appears to be potentially a very expensive dealer repair and I don't want to provide DC any excuse should it go belly up.

One thing I plan to add soon which you might consider is the Amsoil EA air filter.

Some of Albert Einstines theories like Relativity have been proven to be very flawed :!: But the good old Newtonian Physics stands on solid ground. Since you can not defy the LAWS OF PHYSICS unlike flawed theories, stop trying to defy the LAWS OF PHYSICS and go with a lift pump. At L.O.S.T. we have an ala cart of ways to solve this problem, just pick one and go with it. If you don't believe in the LAWS OF PHYSICS and how they apply to our CRDs. Poke a hole in a straw, stick it into a glass of beer and try to drink it   You will have a mouth full of foam. Our CRDs don't run on foam, they run on diesel fuel :P
