I have my old front drive shaft, both the front and rear CV joint boots are torn. Is there anything I can do with it??? Will places buy it? If so, who.
I don't wanna throw it out if I can get money for it, but I don't wanna store it either.

suggestions?

Just trash it,it would cost almost as much as a new one to get it fixed, even if any place would be able to fix it.Probally only worth about $0.50 at a scrap yard/recycler.

Not much use to it. Take it to a scrape yard.

Jeep4me,

I could have used it this past sunday to BEAT THE CRAP out of my UBJ NUT. Maybe my Frankenlift install would have gone smoother. LOL

Why not keep it and Just use it as an OH S*** back up In case you somehow broke another shaft... It could at least get you a lil further down the trail...

I thought about that, and may do it. I'm starting to get a nice collection of Oh Sh*t part....drivers CV (gotta change the boot) and an upper A-arm. Figure i can bring them on trips the may cause some major damage and are far from home. I'm moving friday and am dreading taking more parts with me that will sit in the closets of my small apartment along with 3 MT/Rs taking up needed space.....part of being a Jeep owner I guess.
