I installed the 3/4" spacers this evening. After the ride home from my shop(about 24 miles) the truck had settled perfect. It lifts the front 7/8" at the wheel well. It looks great and I dont notice a major ride difference, good buy for $20. I would def recommend these to someone who wants to level thier stock suspension.

here are the pictures

OK, so its almost an inch, not 1 1/2 like some claim?

So if you wanted just under an 1 1/2 lift you would have to install rusty's plate also?

Like I said, my prelow is about an 1 1/2 higher in the rear.

I have the Rusty's 2.5" coil lift and am wondering what effect that spacer will have on my jeep. I would like to level the front with the rear. Just wondering if that would put too much stress on the CV's or would it be the same as adding a 1/2" clevis.

Comments accepted from all.

Thanks guys and gals!

from what I've been reading, you might not want to go any higher... the front axles are very short. Someone should make a diff drop kit

Just out of curiosity, where did you purchase the spacer and what was the cost?

Thanks

KJRenny, I want this for my 05 Renny. I want to have someone put them in and would like to find out about how much I should expect to pay for the job.

Did you only have the Rusty's 3/4" spacer pair installed? Did you need an wheel alignment or headlight adjustment afterwards?

Christopher

What are the benefits/problems with using these spacers and leveling off the front end? Smoother ride, better offroad or ???

Just curious because I have considered these before but to tell you the truth I dont really know what they are for or what they would do for me.

I'm running a stock 02 Limited

The cost of replacing struts and alignment....if you have factor struts ...good time to replace them.

Other ?

Gives you more tire breathing room

It would probably be 4-5 hours of shop time.

KJRenny, Did you have your 2.5 lift before or after this spacer lift?

Christopher

So, what are your overall thoughts on the spacers setup for the 2 weeks you had them in?

Christopher

I am not trying to take away form anything here but these look like they are really the Daystar pucks that have been on the market for well over 3 years now. Daystar has always sold a 2.5 and a 1.5 spacer puck for the KJ. Later...Clint

If possible...PLEASE resize first 2 pictures. This will kill anyone trying to look at this post on dial up. Thanks.
