I knew it was only a matter of time before we saw a big ol' lift for the Commander. That is funny...wonder if that is a custom job or a kit that a company has in the works for the Commanders IFS...? Looks sick to me.

It's decent but I think the one Superlift did was much cooler.

Not to hijack the thread, but I like that lightbar - it looks very similar to the factory one, but it's behind the sunroof (and probably doesn't cost $500 like the factory one does!). Got any more information / photos of it?

Rick (rackmei) and I built it in a few hours with some aluminum angle bracket from Home Depot, two pairs of $15 offroad lights from Harbor Freight and two U-bolts. It's not great looking, wobbles a lot and the lights are impossible to aim prperly, but it works when needed! Besides, what can you expect for $45? ;)

Back on topic though, that is an awesome looking Commander. If only I could get my KJ that far off the ground! :)

American Expedtion Vehicles built it. Call him and see what he charges for one... he's a savnant. Gifted...he's taking those things on an expedition to Iceland or so I've been told.

Anyway, that's a one of a kind. Probably cost a minimum of $50 grand to build it plus the rig.
