Did you mean the big yellow warning stating that "Frankstein" lifts are poorly designed beacuse it uses internal strut spacers.

What a joke. That company is just mad because no one buys their lifts.

If they just spent half as much time and effort on customer service as they do on their web site they might not be so bad.

Their major knock against the Frankie is that "the OME ride quality is diminished, they ride rough and are no longer covered under OME warranty". It's not a safety hazard, no, they are basing their claims of poor engineering on 'diminished ride quality' that's pretty lame.

Don't feel sorry for them. They would have no problem taking your money for parts they will never deliver and never give your money back. I speak from 1st-hand experience.

If they have no proof, isn't that considered Slander?

Not that they can't spell, but more that they can't prove so they can say "What, we were not talking about your lift AllJ's we meant some else who put together a kit."

I had the frankenlift II prem and All J's does indeed have excellent customer service. The lift is one of the best and does give you more than 2.5" of lift. It also seems that most others have not had the problems i have had with mine. My lift did have too much droop allowing al's a-arms to hit the springs each time under full extension. Now rocky road is likely over exaggerating the "internal spacers" thing to create sales for themselves. But, in my case, if my lift did not have the internal spacer then perhaps the strut would be allowed to extend more inside the spring and reduce droop. I am selling my jeep (to buy another jeep) so i have taken the lift kit out. But, if i was to ever put the lift on again i would take out the internal spacers to see if that fixes my issue.
