I made it out on the beach!!! My first time!

So I finally got the Liby lifted, and threw on my wheels. Then took a little trip down to Nags Head and crused out on the beach. It was so nice and relaxing, it was the best feeling. Im not sure how to put picts up but I saved the Cardomain link that I just started, so here it is. Let me know what you guys think.

Looks good, make sure you learn quick how to post pics. If you have issues figuring it out PM me.

Then pick out your best 2 and post em up in the ROTM section. This month is Jeeps on the beach...

Nice pics.

I agree with Daspes, get your butt into the running for ROTM.
I'd post the sunset pic and the pic with the green chair in the background behind the KJ if it was me.

NOW TO HI JACK THIS THREAD

from all of you on the best coast ( I mean East Coast) where is the best place to go late August/early September and have a great time on the beach, I want to go somewhere that we can drive down the beach/park / enjoy the sun/surf/and everything

any suggestions

also places to stay maybe

The Outer Banks (OBX) of North Carolina are a wonderful string of destinations. Even with some beach closures, there are still a lot of places to go enjoy the sand and "surf" (what little bit there is here on the east coast). There are plenty places to stay, just depends on what you want. Rental cottages (of ANY size and configuration), cabins, campsites, hotels, etc., etc. There is no place, that I know of, that allows you to camp on the beach.

There are a number of place further north to drive on the beach, but I don't know any of them....yet.

Give a shout if you come to OBX! I'd love to meet another fellow LOSTian....LOSTer...err...uhhh...whatever.

We'll be there on Sept 13th. Great time of year. Water's still warm enough to play in, but all the school kids are back home, the prices are cheaper, and every single store is knocking their merchandise prices down to clear out stock before closing up for the winter.

..great shots (thumbs up!) glad to see a fellow beach buggy-er. It might just be my imagination but it doesn't look like you aired down at all :shock:

(always air down before hittin the sand :wink:

esp if there hasn't been rain in a while and there's 'sugar sand' ..Go down to about 16-17 psi)
