Looking for options that would work with the factory bumper. Willing to cut or notch out some sections. I'm seeing where people are bolting in standard black CURT hooks.

I think there was someone selling front tow hooks in the for sale section.

I have the front Mopar tow hooks on and they are still a virgin.

I was however pulled out of a stuck on 2 different occasions from the back using a Warn shackle in my hitch receiver. That worked flawlessly.

x2. make sure if you buy them used that the M bolts are included. some have problems finding these after the fact. They are included with a new set from a dealer or whomever. (Jparts.com is good)

They're easy to put in too - really simple after getting around taking the bumper molding off.

Some years must be different. I put mine on without removing the bumper. It was a tight squeeze though. I had to cut the bumper so that the tow hooks could stick out the front. I used a dremel and it cut the plastic like it was butter.

05-07 bumper just needs the predefined "notch" cut out to make room. Seems we all like our Dremels  8)

I too recently installed the Mopar front hooks ( '02 Limited ), and didn't have do a thing regarding the bumper. It was tight, but an air ratchet and Mac Tools torque wrench made the job easy. Fwiw, I was tempted to buy from JParts until I found a dealer in Minnesota who beat their price. They have a store on ebay "WinonaJeep" or "ChryslerWinona" I believe their called?
