I used an in line filter that i stuffed full of steel wool, works okay but will have to keep an eye on emptying.

How do you get the oil out?

That filter unscrews on both ends, has 3/4 fittings on either sides.

I pull the hose of the puck, unscrew and clean the inside and replace the steel wool.
