I thinking I have an issue, b/c when I accelerate, uphill, down or anywhere inbetween, I have been noticing a pause. It seems that I am losing some power, enough that when I was making a left turn on an uphill the other day, my normal little push on the pedal did almost nothing and I have to mash on the pedal.

So before going to the stealership for this problem, what are your expert opinions?

Thanks!!!

at least pop the hood and look for loose vacuum hoses. I've got one that works itself off quite a bit on dirt roads.

Replace your spark plugs
Replace your fuel filter (I need to do this also)
Do a dose of Seafoam (gas, oil and engine)

I had a similar problem. Turned out that one of my spark plugs had cracked and wasn't firing at all.
