Okay so AZKJ said ol Neatus needs to post proof of being in Antarctica so here goes.

is there enough traffic in that area to warrent a stop sign? is it the correct signage for international territory?

There are about 1000 people here at the height of the season....our town is like a small mining town (the best thing I can think of to compare it to) This is a US station so yes it is the correct sign for our location. Here is a pic of the station.
