Since I am heading to Southeastern Ohio
where cell phone service is , well there isn't any!
no computer hookups and the only thing you hear at night is the wind
I thought I would take this opportunity to tell everyone to have a safe weekend no matter if you are sitting at home or out on the roadways

and with that my Grandmother would always say a prayer before we ate, then add the following:

May your stuffing be tasty
May your turkey be plump
May your potatoes and gravy
Have never a lump
May your yams be delicious
And your pies take first prize,
And may you Thanksgiving dinner
Stay off your thighs

Its always easy to see the things that are troublesome in life. My paternal grandfather started a tradition many decades ago that is still practiced in our extended family. After the meal has been eaten and everything is cleaned up we all sit back down at the table and spend 5 minutes of silence thinking about all that we have to be thankful for. I remember as a kid this drove me nuts :D . I really appreciate it now and 5 minutes hardly seems long enough. I like this tradition because you don't share anything but the closeness of family and friends all lost in their own thoughts. Just wanted to share that with my extended LOST family.

Okay that's enough serious stuff. Eat too much, watch too much TV, be lazy for a few hours but most of all be safe at home and in your travels!
