Go for it. I think you will all be happy with these. I assume that front row and rear row would be considered 2 orders for them? Too bad you can't count mine as the first 2 (pre-ordered)

I'd be interested, but is the $132 for the "universal" with fabric back or the full synthetic leather? and could you mix years, to get them for the '05-up?

I may be late replying to this one...BUT...

As much as I piss and moan about the stock seats in the KJ Sports, they're not bad. I wouldn't hesitate to take a 2,000 mile roadtrip straight through (as long as i got a nap at the end)

That being said, I usually am a bit sore after a trip in my KJ...but not nearly as bad as in my CJ7 or my 89 Trooper!

I'd be interested in a group buy, but AFTER Christmas...like...oh, Feb...

OK, long tall texan stated: he got his shipped to his house for about $350.00. IGGEE'S site lists them for $195.00 ea. row, or 2 rows (front & rear) for $390.00 without shipping. Some how he saved $40.00 on his single order. $175.00 ea. including shipping.

Granted, the group buy price of $132.00 per row for a minimun of 10 orders is cheaper than his by $86.00 if free shipping is included. Otherwise add shipping charges which lowers the discount further.

Just thinking, since some people don't want to order until after the holidays or later, maybe make a March 1 st. deadline for others to get in on this and see what our total numbers are, and then we could dicker further with IGGEE on a better price.

questions arise in group buys that need to be sorted out. . .can we choose a personal color for the orders? and i noticed on long tall texan's rear row that there are no holes cutout for the rear seat headrests and i personally like my headrests in. . .will they cut out the holes for my headrest posts? or will it be extra to get a headrest cover as well?

EDIT: I just re-read long-tall texans first post and saw that thy do come with the headrests if desired...SWEEET 8)

Chris,

Just to recap from the posts above, here are a couple of questions you should get clarification on from Iggee.

1. Does 10 mean 10 rows, or 10 font and back sets (meaning 20)?
2. Can each of the 10 be for any year model Liberty seats since there are several seat styles?
3. Can each order be different color combos?
4. Make sure it is the upgraded version of the seat covers with the Synthetic leather on both the front and the back.

Am I missing anything anyone?

Headrest covers are included with all covers for seats that have headrest, whether it be front or rear seats. You have to cut an X shape into the covers yourself after you get them on your seat. Detailed instructions are include with the covers on how to do it.

After going back and checking, mine were actually a little more than I had initially stated. They were roughly $160 per row with $45 shipping (MSRP is higher now than they were when I ordered. KJ wasn't even listed on their site when I ordered). Total was $368 with shipping included. So, $132 is a great deal for these if they are the upgraded versions.

BTW, Good idea KJ04 to see if you can get a max number by March and then get an even better price for more sets at once.

List so far is:

2 for USAFCOP
2 for Blue KJ in PA
2 for KJ Willy
1 or 2? for cdiekhans
1 or 2? for InCommando
1 or 2? for tumanator
1 or 2? for tommudd
1 or 2? for KJ04
RkyMtnKJ ???

I would suggest just copying the list above and updating your quantity or adding your name if not listed yet to the next post in this thread. That would build a running list easy to organize.

I agree that those are good covers too. I just wanted a leather-like seat cover rather than the Neoprene or Canvas seat cover options.

leather seats aren't the most comfortable at all IMO ...sticky buns in the summer, freezing buns in the winter. Just covered my leather seats with a nice set of fabric Elegant two-tones, and for only $19 each they fit the seats almost perfectly. Much butter now!
