icarl, if you have a local Ace Hardware check there for nutzerts, mine carries 4-5 different sizes, maybe yours does too.

Tony did the holes for the light bar come out where you could see them in front of the front cross beam or were they buried in the cross beam? I want to use nuts and bolts instead of rivet nuts. I may have to move the light bar further back so the holes come out behind that cross beam though if the oem measurements do not work. Thanks.

The only thing i could find is just regular pop rivets.

I found them in the 'pull out' drawer section, I think under 'misc'

I pulled the headliner down so i can just use nuts and bolts. I'm just not sure where the holes come out though. I hate to drill a hole and find it in the wrong spot, like in the front cross member where i can not reach it. I guess i'll be have to be a guinea pig here.

PM Tonycrd http://www.lostjeeps.com/forum/phpBB3/privmsg.php?mode=post&u=8100 , he's installed a couple of these. Maybe he knows where they come out.

I did yesterday. PM is still sitting in outbox. Not too happy with PM system on LOST KJ. It seems like half my PMs don't work. If i sent a PM today maybe by tommorow morning it will be sent. Slower than snail mail.

And then ofcourse I'd have to be on-line for a quick response!

Sorry Icarl, I never looked much at the inside of the roof after drilling, mostly because the headliner is in the way and if you pull it to much it folds and that leaves a nasty wrinckle in it since it is made of a sort of cardbord.

Putting the bar further to the rear is not a good idea, they'll end up to high on the roof and light up the moon but not the road in front of you.

You can get nutsertz from the stealer.....Tried a body-shop? You need the 6mm ones. ( 10mm - 3/8 outside diameter )

You could get some over the net, just do a google search for 'pop nut'.

Okay thanks Tony. It is really close just eyeballing it. I think i will drill a hole and see where it comes out. If it is accessible i will just use bolts otherwise i will get the nutsert. I think they put the lightbar in that spot because of where the front crossmember is so hopefully it will work.

Thanks for the diagram. That part number list does not have the part number for the other to wire that I need. I will just keep looking for them. Thanks again.

I can only find a partnumber for the wire that goes through the roof.

Maybe someone else can chime in? TJKJ?
