easy fix for rubbing: remove the linings and coat with that do it yourself bedliner material. When I get my 265's I will need to do that as my 255's rub slightly now.

I rub alot in the front and rear. I run wtih Cragar soft 8's (16x7) with bfg mt's 245/75/16. The weight difference is HUGE and it takes quite a bit of time getting used to the 30% more distance required to stop.

I am running 15x7 soft 8's on my YJ and I can say this.. There is a big difference between stock steel wheels and the soft 8's as in weight.. I was comparing them side by side.. Just the rims alone... The soft 8's are a beefy rim.... I love mine.. and was thinking of getting a 16x7 set for the Libby next year...

Removing the linings won't solve where I rub in front. See my pic above.

I'm running 16x7 Cragars with 4" BSa and 245/75/16 MTRs and only have the rubbing show above. I haven't noticed any change in braking either. It's not that much extra weight. (Now, putting 32x11.5s on my XJ, that's a different story, brake-wise.)
