SICK DEAL ON HIDÂ´S!!! (pics/info)

Id like to start this thread by telling you that in some states (if not all) its illegal to use HID's. They kill puppies, can give you cancer or AIDS or both and using them could make the IRS/FBI/CSI/NYPD/AT&T/NCIS/90210 mad... so if you are not comfortable using them... STOP HERE and avoid any bashing in here... Im just pointing out A SICK DEAL ON THESE HIGH QUALITY HID's
THESE THINGS WILL CAUSE GLARE, so does the sun and police light bars.
(Id also like to point out that I dont sell or distribute them in anyway... Im just passing a good deal I found to you guys!)

Having said that A LOT of people do this mod and have never EVER had a problem with vehicle inspections / Law enforcement... I've been doing this mod since 2006 and I have never had any problem whatsoever....

Id also like to point out that by doing this mod YOUR LIGHT OUTPUT WILL INCREASE A LOT! so in case you install HIDs on both, fogs/driving lights PLEASE TURN YOUR DRIVING LIGHTS ON AND STOP USING YOUR FOGLIGHTS... use your foglights when there's fog (DUH!)

Ok Now to the fun part!
These kits cost 57 bucks shipped to your door. they are good reliable kits and all I can say are good things about them, so does my fellow members @ chargerforums.com
The install was simple.... you need to have basic electrical knowledge in order to plug them in... NO WIRE SPLICING/CUTTING, no holes to drill no anything... Just take your old bulb out, put the HID in and away we go!
If you need further instructions regarding the install, please pm me and I will happily assist you...

For my liberty i ordered the driving/fogs lights... My brother only placed an order for his driving lights.

Please also bear in mind that using a lower temperature will cause (to my knowledge) less glare... Im using here 6000k... but most people like the blueish color which is 8000k

pictures of how and where you mounted the ballast? and how about some county shots out in the middle of no where?

These look great man . . . So these are plug and play? Where/how did you mount the ballast? $57 each for driving/fog lights? How are the high beams? Link for purchasing?

The ballast goes behind the lamp assembly! =)
HAvent gone to any middle of nowhere spots... but when I do Ill take some shots!!!

I dont actually think I need high beams... having said that, they are there....
Here's the install instructions! youll get one wire harness for driving lights and two ballast for each kit
youll end up paying 114 for fogs and driving lights shipped

The diagram I used is the second one... its really easy IMO...

Dont get your hopes up n the high beams... they really suck... but then again you dont need them...
Im guessing that if you get the bixenon then your high beams will be kick stupid
but those are like 129

bear in mind that 57 bucks is for the whole kit! not just one ballast and one bulb...

I've been wondering about an HID kit for the headlights, but I will never change my yellow fogs! Your pics look great btw

Absolutely. Nokya 60W Pro's @ 2500k.

Headlights only (Sylvania Xtra's) - inside view

for the driver headlight I kinda used the free space between the light assembly and the fenders....

as far as the hellas, hopefully next weekend they will go on to the RL roof rack (if it gets done)

Interesting, everything I've read said HID conversions are JUNK! My roommate has them in his 300ZX-TT, and while they look great... the output sucks. But your pics it seems they are actually an upgrade. Something I'll consider for sure. I might just keep the stock lights and add aftermarket running lights...

By the way, and nice daytime shots of the MOPAR bumper guard? That would be a great light mount, but it's just so expensive...
