Be very carefull when you drill out the holes, it's easy to hit the nuts welded on the piece of metal and when you do you will need a 12 mm X 1.25 pitch tap. When you cut your old bumper you have about 1/4" to cut off so don't worry too much about the first cut. I found a saber saw worked great for the cutting the plastic bumper. The new lights on the bumper can be taped into your regular turn signals. Good luck, I'd post pictures but this website is impossible.
