Ok, so I purchased a 2.5 inch Rockfather II kit
Congrets! But maybe should have done your homework better.

OME HD front struts and springs with a 1) some type of strut plate they provided and rear 2) Rocky Road "engineered" shocks and springs.
1) this goes on top of the strut assambly. Did the kit come with longer topplate studs? If not you need to take out the oem's and fit longer bolts. IMO the 3/8 plate makes the OEM studs to short.
2) Which do not fit properly. Get some washers ready.

- I was told that OME doesn't make rear springs or shocks that are 2.5 inch, is that true or were they just telling me that?
They are lying. OME 948 will give you 2,5" for the rear. Shocks: OME 132 or 132L.

Secondly, is this a good setup? I don't wanna run into any problems now or later down the road.
The front is ok, the rear...I don't know. You could always upgrade later?

I read a post about the Rockfather I and most people here were kinda bashing RRO and also read that Jeeping by Al has a full OME 1.5 inch kit, which is not my desired height, rather stick to the 2.5, but would compromise for a better setup.
RRO lost a lot of points due to their poor customer service and because they say the Frankenlift is no good. On their website...
JBA states what ARB/OME states for liability reasons, on a gasser you get at least 2,5" lift from the OME 927/948 springs combo.

If you guys could help me out with any info that would be great, cause I just recieved the RRO and need to figure if I send it back or keep it. Thanks
You paid $800 for this lift?..
I'd send it back and get a Frankenlift.
