My 56 Ford F-100 was that taffy yellow once.

Chrome Yellow is a Ford-named color, I think. I remember seeing the Ranger and Escape in that color. But I still like it.

The older Wranlger and XJ was "SOLAR YELLOW" The new Wrangler has the "DETONATOR YELLOW" which is better, IMO.

thats a ton of work switching colors if you do it right, may as well strip it all down to bare body and start over :wink:

He used to help us paint the IH tractors i used to restore, plus hes got a certain amount of OCD :lol:

he does top notch jobs, im rather fond of black, however if i wasn't :twisted:
