*tip: when i did my rims...i used sanding liquid...(home depot..etc) and a bunch of rags..... its sooooo much easier than sanding down avery nook and cranny it took the finish off of them so i could use self etching primer..(another good buy). just a heads up :D

I was thinking of sandblasting 'em, I can't imagine hand-sanding, I don't have the patience for that! Thanks for the tip though, I'll keep that in mind!

Do you have a pic of yours, or did I miss it?

Dave

Li-bah-tee_13x do you not have your wheels rotated and balanced?
Because if I were doing that, my tire places would rip the hell out of those rims edges...

i do all the rotating and balancing myself...stick on weights behind the front...and regs. on the back side....jeeze...i wouldnt trust anyone else with stuff like that, alignment, and 98% of repairs are done by yours truly...(i pretend i'm a mechanic from 8-5) even when i down sized from the 255/75/17's to the 255/70/17 minivan treads, i used a plactis dismount head and plastic coated tire bar..and it came out with no scrathes... :D

I like the gray fenders against the back body. I'm keeping mine gray. Eventually after they are super funky they will get bedlined and eventually I'll make metal fenders.
