Hey Chem guy what does "ttt" mean?

Also all the drawings on my rear cover look great!!!

I am about to go drop the KJ off so he can work on the mock up. Going to the Bahamas Monday, so he will have it until the 16th or 17th... So hopefully it will help get this going easier for him instead of always waiting on me to bring her by for a measure or two.

Sorry I'm a little late but I would like both. Any concern in regards to front end weight on a '06 CRD?

Gotcha down on the list. Honestly couldn't tell you the weight, but I am shooting for 85lbs or less.

Put you on the list. Prices are just estimates right now, but shooting for under $600 for front bumper, under $600 for the rear without tire carrier, around $800 for rear with carrier, and more for the dual swing arm carrier and jerry can/highlift carrier. These prices are not set in stone, as I really don't know, I'm just basing off the design I have now compared to the design costs of my other products. I do have some special intro prices/deals thought up that are real incentives. I will have intro prices when they first come out, as well as discounts for buying front and rear as a combo, and if you go all out for the front and rear with carriers, I'll have an extra special intro deal. Details on the intro prices, discounts and deals when I know more on my build cost. That's all the info I have so far.

And for another update, I have had USAFCOP's (Ted's) KJ with me since Sunday and have put a lot of time into the rear bumper design and prototype mockup this week. I already have the center section and quarter panel guards built, just have to tie the two together. Hope to have some pictures for you guys by Friday if not sooner. All I can say so far is this thing is going to kick butt. I'm really happy with it so far, and I better be with over 30 hours in three days that I have been working on it.

It's all pretty much XJ stuff now, but under Products then Skink Sliders, I have some pictures of a first set of KJ sliders I made for a buddy some time ago. I'll put those into production soon after or during the KJ bumpers. Atleast look around and the Cherokee stuff just to get an idea what I am all about.

So, who wants some preview pictures of the rear bumper?

I'm sure all of you do, so here are some teasers of what I have done so far. Lot of work left to do, and already some changes that I need to make, but you get the idea. Let me know what you think so far, just don't start another list of add this and that's, just your first impression please. Yes, you will have to cut your flares right where the top of the tape is, but you can keep the mud flaps. This will be so much easier with steel instead of poster board, but the poster board is 3/16" thick, is pretty rigid unlike cardboard or constuction paper, and welds together very nice with a hot glue gun.

WARNING!! THE FOLLOWING ARE PREVIEW PICTURES. DO NOT CONTINUE IF YOU...WELL, YOU'D BE CRAZY NOT TO CONTINUE. CHECK THEM OUT!:D

Finished up a little more by adding the rest of the bottom and trimmed the bottoms up to match.

Just hadn't gotten to trimming that yet. Just updated the pictures. I'll finished up under the taillight tomorrow.

I may end up opting out. As much as I like the look I really don't wanna cut anything on mine. IMO stuff should bolt up w/o requiring surgery. Again, IMO I think you'd get more buyers if it was more of a bolt on and surgery wasn't required. That's why I haven't gotten an ARB. With them already making a front I would think that in making a system NOT requiring cutting, you'd have more of a competitive edge. Just my .02

when I get my rear bumper-I'm putting stainless diamond plate on the top-that would look sweet.

How thick is that going to be in steel? same 3/16"?
