Hopefully picking up a "new" bike this coming Friday...do not have a trailer. Could borrow The Dad's, but he's like 2.5 hours each way.

So, got one? I'll even take pictures of it being pulled behind the most bad-ass Jeep in Ohio so you can tell everybody where it's been!

so is this helicopter mod actually something? because by the sound of it you should be able to fly and simply air-freight the bike there. ps what kind of bike is it?

I've got a flatbed tilt trailer you can use. My enclosed trailer will most likely be too short.

all of my trailers are too far from you as well, 4X5 footer up here, but the 5X8 open and 6X10 enclosed are near Wheeling WV so won't help you any.

So new bike for you , running condition etc?
Since both of my Harleys are gone I have been looking at more "overseas" bikes but never having owned one not sure what I want to get, maybe a Beamer     Rode a Ducati 1098 a few weeks back for about fifty miles on a very twisty road, ( State Route 26 from Marietta to Woodsfield) loved the power but not the riding position, too old and fat for it!

The way ThunderbirdJunkie was raised, it's Suzuki or Honda...nothin' else matters...maybe an occasional Yamaha is allowed, but a Kawasaki will get you disowned

the 550 is in great shape...just a typical 30 year old bike stored indoors that's seen weather a few times...but the 750 needs some work. Doesn't run, has a clean title, and looks halfway decent...and dude is asking half of what the 550 is selling for :D the old GS's are simple, so it can't be anything real drastic keeping it from running.

Certainly will, however, miss the ol' 2v Suzuki 4 sound...but the honk of an extra 200cc's and twice as many valves should make up for it.

Tom...the BMW 1200 tourer is super nice...ditto the Yamaha FJ1300.

As for ThunderbirdJunkie's old rice rocket fetish, he is a glutton for punishment

I've got a 5x8 we use for dirt bikes/4wheelers (has two ties down hooks on front floor) if you need it and a 16' flat bed, but I don't think your little 2x4 Libby can pull my big one around
Did you sell the 550 yet?
