Hey everyone.
I am going to paint my skids this week, and wondered if any of you could recommend a good spray paint to use, or if any will do (considering the fact they are just going to get scratched up anyways).

Also, any tips before I get started?

Thanks :D

Just use rustoleum hammer tone or the like. as you said you are going to keep touching it up. I bought mine and they were powder coated from the manufacturer. I have since put several coats of rattle can over that to help prevent more rust from forming etc...

Just use rustoleum hammer tone

That's exactly what I used in black.

I agree with using the rustoleum hammer tone, and if you really want it to look good and be strong, I would do a lot of prep work, sand it all down do a quick shot or prime if you want paint and a clear coat, or just clean scuff and paint with the color you want if your skids get used a lot

I just hit mine with some hammertone after every trip out that way no rust starts, I don't even worry about sanding that much just spray them good and forget them
