Hey everyone.

I need some help to make it to Moab this year.
I want to be able to drive my own vehicle.
I have decided to get a Suzuki Samurai to fix and wheel.
Or a 2 door Tracker, Rocky, Sidekick..

I can't find any around OKC..
The only ones on Ebay are always around NYC or farther east..

I want one for no more than about $1500.00
it must be running.!!
(even a totally stock one can do quite a few trails around Moab.)

so if all of you could keep your eyes and ears open for a good deal, let me know..
email me at deserthorizons@hotmail.com
or call me at 405-274-6501

Nice. My son is jealous as he will be shopping for one later this year and that price was killer. Hope we can find as good a deal when the time comes. See ya in Moab!

Which, for those who "Don't Understand" is a good thing!

Hi Vern...thanks for asking.

I doubt I will make any part of it at this rate. Brought the Jeep in for some routine service and they wanted to do an alignment due to some feathering on one of the front tires. Sounded fine...until I picked it up and now the jeep would change lanes if I let go of the wheel. Brought it back this week and they said the alignment was WAY off. Had it all day and they said they couldnt get it dialed in...must be the lift (sure it is).

Picked it up finally and it drives just about perfect *except* they took out ALL of the clevis lift and now the right tire rubs occasionally and there is a nasty clunk once in a while :? Normally, this is a great friendly dealer...hope to get it resolved.

We'll see how much time I have to dink with this thing in the morning.

Otherwise, have a great time!

Actually I just found out my brother in Buckey, AZ has a samurai he wants to sell. It is an '89. He's asking $1800. He says it runs but needs some work, nothing major though. If anyone's interested PM me and I'll hook you up with his phone number.
