I wonder if 40,000 mile life span is the norm for most? Does anyone know if there is a distributor for Samco in Canada?

Samco's website mentioned some repair shop in Alberta that was a dealer. I did email them about the hoses but was not impressed with their reply. I just ended up ordering them from Boostcontroller. Awesome service from them.

Mine are still going strong at 3.5 years, 40,000 miles. But I did the EHM at 9000 miles, when I first found out about it. I think the key deciding factor is how many miles you went without an EHM or provent.

40k miles is when my stock hoses blew. I would suggest ordering the Samoco hoses sooner than later. I was stuck waiting six+ weeks worth of back order. FYI I installed my Provent at 11K miles. I think that whatever oil film in there prior to the Provent will eventually break down the hoses enough to cause a failure. It is not a question of if, but when. Just my .02 worth. Good luck to those of you who(m) are running the OEM hoses. On a happy note, while installing my lift the other weekend, I took a peak at my brakes and they still look new at 40K miles. In the mean time enjoy your weekend and keep an eye out for the crazies on the road.

$8.00 vs $114.00, plus I still have most of the roll left for fixing body damage. Image
