So I'm going to be getting a black widow roof rack this summer and mounting 4 hella 500s to it, if at all possible I'd like to avoid drilling through the roof, any ideas? could I run 4 hellas in the door jam that use a add-a-fuse?

I ran mine down the driver's side a pillar on the outside between the flap and the windshield.
Works really great!
and then instead of an add a fuse, get a relay it is much safer!
I also found access to the cab without drilling and going through the firewall, and I will take some pics for you today!

Is it possible to make an omelette without breaking eggs? If it were me (I installed the OEM bar), I would removed the factory rail and drill a hole in the foot and in the roof underneath. I would then drill a hole in the plastic that covers the mounting bolts and silicone it all up. This way your hole is covered by the rail and is out of the direct elements and no one will say you're ghetto.
