Thats Pro it looks better than anything to date ! How many years of testing and development do you have in it? Just kidding. You should talk to Boiler with his design background your design and his fab man you could sell an aluminum and or steel version. Or draw it up and share it with all.

They can help prevent a front tip over, and assist in off angle vehicle recovery.

You could always make the bumper narrower by using a plate shaped like a "L" with the small part sticking up. That small section would have the slot cut in it for the cable to go through. The long part is where the winch is mounted. That is how mine is done on the SC Rockstar bumper.

Terry - that bumper is still my favorite. Too bad about the fiasco in getting one... otherwise I'd consider it.

Yeah I love that bumper too... also RL bumpers. When we were building it I wasnt sure on the winch I was going to get so it is a little larger than I wanted. All to gether it took 2 1/2 days to build. The hardest part was trying to figure out how to mount the cradle. I think it turned out great. I dont think you will ever see another one like it around. As far as teaming up and building them... I like being the only one with it... lol. I would recomend you come up with your own design and then build it. There are so many great ideas out there... I hope to see them all one day.

Did you ever finish this great looking bumper completely, get it painted and get a winch mounted on it?

Who are you shipping out with? A good friend of mine just got out of the corps, he was with the 3/5 and I believe they are shipping out next month. Either way, nice bumper, watch your six, and THANK YOU for your service to this fine country we all enjoy.

On a side note everyone that reads this thread, remember scout and his boys while we are out wheeling over the next 8-12 months, if it wasen't for them we'd be F#(<ed.

Jason

Im with 7/10 CAV 1-4 BCT. We will be shipping out early next year... with the way things are going over there it might be sooner.

On a side note.... you could always send me and my boys your old wheeling mags and some pics of meet and greets. Oh and while Im gone my SFA swap will be going in :D . I just hope I make it back to enjoy it.
