[quote="tjkoen01"]now that is how an engineer routes and terminates wires! beautiful!

You forgot to put GOOD in front of engineer...... I work with wiring all day long and you should see some of the things BAD or LAZY engineer's do... Especially when an engineering firm is hired to design something they have designed for you before and all they do is copy an paste it without fixing the problems YOU had to fix the first time...and they even had redines....AHHHH

Nice work Boiler....good to see an engineer that takes their job seriously

Tony (da fab guru) and I have both had an eye opening experience working on these things.

I've come to learn how difficult fabrication can be and will be less harsh on our fab department at my day job.

He has learned to step back and think about how to do something a little longer instead of just tearing in to it.

As far as the wiring kit, I could probably sell the little aluminum panels pretty cheap, maybe even with a fuse block or two on them as well as some relays. Wiring the whole thing up for someone would be pretty expensive and likely a custom job, depending on what they are using it for. But for someone with no wiring tools, wire, terminals, etc it might not be that bad of an idea.

Due to a capacity question at KJ Country, I added to my main post on page 9 explaining capacity issues, what I determined capacity to be, and how I determined it.

roof rack is on and looks great. Already got a few "NICE RACK" comments. Hopefully they were talking about my roof rack...

I'm glad all is well with it. Keep me posted on how the anodizing goes. What did your anodizing guy say about the finish? Do you have to continue polishing it to a mirror finish or anything?

I've been so bored this week. I've got parts cut to make 2 more racks for stock, but Tony is in Miami until tomorrow so no welding & nothing left to do.

they said i could polish it if i wanted to. I think i am going to anyways. See how it looks. I have to take more pictures once i figure out where to get a battery for this new camera. Spend 300 bucks on a camera and it comes with none
