I don't have a rear wiper, that was my first mod to delete it. Took it off and threw it away!!!

Back to topic,Inc I know you're a good guy,and you had your reasons for banning TBJ and I will not question that.
OneOneNiner thinks banning TBJ is not only punishing him,but punishing all who like TBJ.Is there some way we can ban
him from all but the Ohio section?TBJ has been on LOST for a long time and has helped many,and has made many laugh.

Digger - how do you know that given the time this happened ( late late night/ early morning ) he didn't have a few drinks in him and said some things he shouldn't have. The thing is Callaway, people are and will be held responsible for their actions. Drunk or not, he broke the rules, and you know because I specifically told you, it wasn't the first time. He did this to himself and that is it. Sorry your friend got banned but anyone who doesn't follow rues, repeatedly steps out of line even after being warned and asked not to, is going to be punished. He received a warning/temp ban and came back and apparently didn't learn his lesson. Simple as that. He has no one to blame but himself. Rules are rules, plain and simple.

Point is this time he has stepped way, way, WAY over the line. He has been warned more times than I can count, has been through a temp ban, and each time he ends up being worse than before. I'm glad that he had freinds here, but the majority of his posts were either a waste of space, or of a negative/derogatory/insulting/smart booty nature, and a large number of the members here are glad they don't have to put up with him anymore.

What if JL Rockies thinks your posts are a waste of space? JL Rockies can't delete yours. And when you say lots of people are glad he's gone, based upon what? I must have missed that discussion thread.

Ok. i can see where this is going haha. I think that the dicussion on why he was banned and what reasons for should just be kept to yourself. As far as saying he is wasting space, there was plenty of times he(TBJ) told me that my post where a waste of space and should all be combined. So, you know, since TBJ said it and has probably said it more than once, and he has been a smart#@$ to me many a times, and have gotten into it a couple, i am sure that he has done it to everyone. You can't have a someone who does things so much get away with it. The ban he has on him now was probably good for TBJ. If and when he is ever let back on, he hopefully well have learned to tone things down. no so much as the info, or whatever but how he talks to people.

I too enjoyed TBJ's. . . ahem. . . unique (?) posts. If everyone else does third-person posts, it kind of loses something, too.

Rules is rules. Let's not get crazy and say something here that ends with another valuable member banned. Each of us are responsible for our own actions.

Jnaut has been around long enough to know that it doesn't matter what JL Rockies thinks. Jnaut knows that it only matters what the moderators/administrators think. If a moderator thinks TBJ's posts are a waste of space, the rubber hose is coming out. But that's just jnaut's opinion. Jnaut thinks the administrators on this board are pretty easy going and will put up with a lot before banning someone. So Jnaut figures that if someone got banned, it had to be pretty bad.

Seems like someone is going for a lynching. I agree with not only TBJ being punished but everyone that has ever enjoyed reading his off the wall comments. I also agree that if someone consistantly breaks the rules they should be punished.

Budke will miss TBJ's crazy antics and such but Budke does agree with the admins. If the rules are broken and you are warned and you continue to break them then the BanHammer must be brought down. Budke will miss TBJ.

Well it doesnt matter if he was or not. If the other mods are backing him for the ban then they all came to an agreement.

Interesting perspective. I was always held accountable for my actions when I was drunk. But I like this new way of looking at things.

Officer: Baaaah, he was druuunk! Let's just let it all slide. It was all for larks!
Victim: He ran me off the road, took a swing at my mother, and peed in my rear window while I was calling 911.
Officer: Look, this happened at 2am. People do some crazy stuff at 2am. Oh, and you need to get your car off the road before it gets towed.

I made the final decision but that was any Admin's option to do so if they saw him get out of line again after who knows how many times he was asked to stop. I happened to be the one who saw him step way out of bounds and took the action necessary.
