My CEL has been on for a couple of months and I just didn't get time to take the CRD into the dealer for an analysis. It still drove "OK" but was slower to pickup and down on power. Mileage dropped about 2mpg. I waited until the odometer was at 69970 to get it in...my Maximum Care Plan stops at 70000.

Replaced the "52109543AA Modulator Vacuum Electric" and the "4606226AC Solenoid-Secondary Runner" and all is back to normal. After being down on power it was great to have better driveability overall.

Still need to get the GDE Tune for extra mpg.

WOW...DUH...I didn't even think about it! I was more concerned about specifically telling them that the F37 was NOT TO BE DONE. They still try to call it a recall...informed them it was a customer satisfaction issue.

You are completly and totally excused for failing to get the codes  But if yours was built before the magic date in November 05 you could have "borrowed" a F37ed TCM and then gotten the new improved "Euro" torque converter then put your TCM back in.
You would have then had what we all would give our eye teeth for

But all I have to do is get the GDE Tune and install the Euro TC...Then I would have a pre-F37 with a tune and tc. ;-)
