Thanks for the compliments, much appreciated. Next issue will have some really cool pics from one of our newest contributing editors so stay tuned. And if any of you have a sweet pic of your rig or a cool trip report you'd like to share, shoot me a PM as we're always looking for grassroots content for the mag. Thanks.

I really enjoyed the 'Trails of Geronimo' and 'Dirt Roads & a Hole in the Rock' features. Fwiw, the main reason I subscribe to 4 Wheel Drive & SUV mag is the fact I always enjoy the off road travel features so much. Keep up the excellent work covering Trails off the Beaten Path!

So did you guys reallly try out the maxtrax system? I noticed the KJ used in the photo. Seriously though - that's some pricey plastic if you ask me.

Oh and speaking of product reviews, I ordered both the Grip-Tite wrench set, and socket / rachet set. I only hope they work as well as you claim. (fwiw, the socket set is currently on sale at Amazon - The wrench set is not available from Amazon, so I purchased those (online) from Sears. Can't have too many tools.

Oh yeah, one complaint - The link in your email to the Winter issue didn't work. I had to CC&P into my browser window. (not the case with the fall or summer emails). I suppose if I subscribe, that would no longer be a issue?!

I need a picture of my KJ with me wearing my JPF t-shirt.

Frank, another great issue. As a former Cochise county, AZ resident, the Trails of Geronimo was good read. To bad the group was burdened by the rain. They missed some great areas to check out, such as Slaughter Ranch. Too bad I was out of town that week, would have loved to go show them around my back yard (literally).

cant wait for the hard copy to come out...(hint hint)

later,
mike

Correct me if I am wrong but wasn't there previously a hard copy and now there is not? Or am I thinking of another mag?
