Inc, the mod you made to the antenna using the firestick, do you find that you have better reception when listening to am/fm radio?

Nope, just the same reception as the stock antenna. The benefit to my setup is the stronger mount and only one antenna instead of 2 (a CB and AM/FM).

Yeah, that is a good setup. I was hoping that the longer antenna would give you a slight boost in radio reception. I can't pick up much out by me and I am looking for options. thanks

I was hoping it would boost it as well, but I can't tell any difference.

They are nice. I have yet to fill them up with tools and what not. I have more room than tools I carry in my jeep for the first time in a long time.

Sorry I haven't been able to keep up with the threads as much as I'd like, been pretty down and under the weather for the last couple months. The Jeep looks awesome INC, hopefully one day I'll be able to afford the same... your old skids are being well used BTW

You'll never get him to answer,he no longer comes on this forum, sold his KJ as it was not built right(been sold, resold, and now who knows what happened to it).

Oh by the way he used Rubicon Express's LJ long arms, the rears are a little longer then TJ's long arms which I use.XJ's do not use rear control arms due to the leaf springs.

not sure if you're getting my pm's, so...

yeah, i was just reading on another thread about your SFA kits and saw about his hack job. i'm starting to collect parts for SAS and wanted to ask you a couple questions about what to use, but wasn't sure if you'd help me out. i was going to do the jba rear truss and 4 link, and then find out about shocks/springs in the rear. looking at bilstein 9100's for CO's, picking up a locked HP30 next week from a friend. I wanted to talk to you about some of your SFA stuff, and if you would put together a package of some things you offer, specifically the mounts/brackets and probably control arms. i plan on using the artec truss w/ JJ's for the HP30 if that matters. thanks for the help.
