I hope my future CRD does not have the dreaded F37. In the mean time I will keep a look out for anyone parting out a CRD in my area.
As soon as I heard about F37, shortly after I bought my CRD I started to hunt down an affordable non-flashed TCM.
www.jeep.com listed my CRD as having all recalls up-to-date. A month or so later I started to notice people commenting on F37, and it didn't sound exactly like what my CRD does. After some investigation, I found out that my TCM is NOT F37 after all

!
So my advice is this, once you get your CRD, warm it up to operating temps and follow the information found here -
viewtopic.php?f=5&t=48911 - If your CRD acts like my video, you do not have the F37. Then you can start looking for a flashed TCM to swap in for dealership visits.
