…coming from the front end under acceleration, and especially in 4wd.

I think it may be my front driveshaft, what do y'all think???

Yes, that is a hole blown in the CV joint housing. I figure after the boot ripped a rock or something got kicked up into the joint and the ball shoved it back out.
