This has been an ongoing project that I have toyed with when I have had time. I still have some work to do to the bumper itself, shaping and contouring and then the actual finish has to be done yet. Of course the fender wells will be trimmed to fit once I get the lights in I intend on using.
What yall think so far?

I am going black, just have to decide between paint or bedliner. I am leaning towards black bedliner :SOMBRERO:

It seems like it took me forever to make this one between the holidays, my family, work and just plain life. I think battle ships have gotten built quicker than I did this little project that I still yet have to finish :5SHOTS:

I was origanlly thinking of making them to sell but the only way I could do that is if the owner of the company I work for decides to allow me to do them on the clock :banghead:

Skids(and a few other ideas), that's one of the reasons I have gotten side tracked on the bumper job. I already have one fabbed up but am not happy with it, so I am going to fab up another.

Guys if you could see first hand the welds and work that went into this so far you woule be amazed

Well holy smokes! Thank you very much for the kind words Tom.
Ya I had to let the cat out after I finished the plates on Sunday that cover up the inside of the flares to keep out debris. I still have a few small things to do but all in all I am DONE with the build part of it :shock:

I tried to get a hold of ya Sunday like I said I would but just couldn't hold the cat any longer :jester:

I also hope to have the lights in my grubby paws by Friday, shipping said at the latest maybe Monday :evil:

Thank you. The bumper itself is welded directly to the 2"x2"x1/4" angles that are bolted (4- 5/8" grade8) directly to the unibody through the crush cap holes and the d ring mounts are also directly welded to the angle and the bumper. I will look for some pics. :SOMBRERO:

Mounts back into the frame like tow hooks would. I am sure he has picrures but none needed

Like I said Hart did a great job. He has a great eye for detail/fabrication, super job at welding, one of the three best welding jobs I have seen on any KJ aftermarket bumpers, racks etc.
ARB, Rock Lizard and Buggin! :wink:

I helped him hold it a couple of times......................
so I had a hand in it :ROTFL:

anyhow you can also see the welded in nuts and the bolts, that pic was when I was first laying it out.....
