Well I finally got my Jeep back, I add a GDE Hot Tune and Cut out the entire exhaust. I will say even for a motor head like me
the straight pipe w/o the cat was very loud. So i ended up putting on a Magnaflow muffler with a nice large tip and cutting away a bit of the bumper. I think it looks good and sound perfect... CHECK IT OUT!

And the black smoke at the end is why some of us leave the cat alone

Sounds nice, I just like to avoid "spontaneous" roadside inspections when a cop sees me blowing huge piles of black soot out my exhaust.

I sold it a long time ago. At the time there were not driveline parts to hold the HP I was pushing... SO looking toward my future expenditures I sold/traded it. You can see it on youtube. I regret selling it every day!!!

What kinda HP was you pulling then??

I dyno'd at 587@ the wheels. This was well before they had all the programming figured out and before the trans shift points were able to be adjusted. In today's world with full tuning and shift points it would have easily run mid to low 10's....
