Here's some pics of a front and rear. I just added the little angled pieces at the bottom of the rear today. Made it look much better. I still need to smooth in some small holes and repaint it all.

I'll be waiting. There are a lot of front bumper pics but not many of the rear. I appreciate the responses so far.

Try going to other sites like I8MUD, Expedition Portal etc, all have a ton of pics of rear bumpers that could be used as a basis for a KJ rear

Hey Fultimer you on Facebook? I have a couple of pics there of the rear off and the cuts. Only thing I can say is if you use a plasma cutter for the cuts make sure you have some water :D On the passenger side my Father In Law made the cuts and it smoked a little, no biggie but when I got home it still smelled like something was burning or smoldering...there was, LO :pepper: L. It was some spray foam the got a little too warm either from the Plasma or the Welds we did. *shrug* oh well.

Here are some updated pics of mine with the new tire carrier I added last weekend. I've also added the bosses around the shackle mounts since the last time I posted up pics (I think)...
