Just got a set of Hella 500s and need to know how to mount them to a 2006 kj bumper, without cutting up the plastic. Any help would be great.

This is how I mounted mine. Just a couple of holes to drill and it looks like nice, neat factory install.

My bumper is straight across and my fog lights are in the grill. nice kj btw.

You could try this idea;
