YAY! Thank god it was a dangerous intersection sign. If it was a yield it would have just got out of the way!

Seriously, looks functional. A little beat up and I would be worried about the studs catching something. I am working on something similar. I bought a thin gauged piece of sheet metal from Lowes that I have bent up with a vise and 2x4s. Working on the mounting now then I will paint it black. I was thinking about getting a "jeep" decal in white and putting it on, IDK, well see.

I'd use carriage bolts with the head on the outside. That way it'll have a round head 0n the outside.
