Did first oil change @ 2100 w/ Mobil 1 5w20.

You can't call it your jeep, until it makes you bleed....I love the filter location :roll:

Here's an update to the crashed 2010 Liberty. It's fixed and on the road and everything seems to be working. I asked for a chrome grill and since it's the same cost and he didn't have to paint it, it's free to me.

This is the picture from the dealer when I picked it up in May

This is after my son hit a parked car, (he's ok)

Installed a Sony DSX-S100 head unit...

Much happier with the iPod integration then my factory deck (front aux input that always buzzed :frankie:

), however as always sacrificed the strong FM reception. I don't understand how after market stereo producers can't improve FM reception. I need to call crutchfield because I currently have zero :dead:

AM reception. Truth is I listen to AM 2% of the year but when I need traffic reports I want it there.

Next step is replacing the speakers and finishing my amp install.

Sirius satellite radio fixes all of the above problems. :rockon:

I went away for a week and not even another page?... what's going on guys... well i took a trip down to New Bern, North Carolina from Nassau County Long Island, NY. a total of 1200 miles down and up and an additional 400 while down there for the week for a grand total of 1600 miles on my baby. she ran great. in fact my average MPG was 23. it was actually even higher at 24.8 but i hit traffic in NYC and I wanted to get home so m skinny pedal got abused a bit. ran my stock tires, had the AC on blast at all times... loaded it will tools and luggage and my girl friend and off we went.

As a side note i'm having problems with my truck gas tank overflowing ??? what's going on with that

also the squeaking brake problem was fixed!, as well as my SS which only makes noise at 68MPH+ ( which is basically the minimum speed i did haha)

I have though about my KK and am starting to feel that it is no longer mine and belongs solely to the wife.

I ahve really been eyeing the 4 door rubicons, but it would take winning the lottery to make that happen, I guess I just have to live with the fact that I travel for work and if we want the bills paid I have to keep doing so and just hope I get to see my KK every once in a while.

You could do what kskj does, when he going wheelin', he takes the wife's KJ, swaps on the off-road wheels and tires, installs the CB antennae, loads up the cargo area with tools, food and camping gear and then heads off. After wheelin', then he cleans it all back and she returns to using it for her daily driver ... and would probably freak if she knew what was done with her KJ when wheeling.

really we have not great wild areas like yours and many good areas for off road are forbidden to vehicles, but we can still go to some nice place
