Kap,
GDEs TCM tune keeps the TC locked above 35 MPH in all gears except when you apply more than 3/4 throttle.
What did you do to "stiffen" the front bar on your Jeep? (No Viagra jokes, please.)

Thinking hard about the trans tune alot lately.

Maybe in time.
I never did a write up on the swayber as I assume most people wouldn't try this. The factory bar is HARD to bend. I bent it in my pipe bender - I'm sure I was way overstressing the bender also. lol
I researched very hard for an aftermarket swaybar for the jeep due to the excessive body roll she came with, and after getting frustrated with that I took things into my own hands...
This basically sums it up:

I made 3 bends. One in the middle, then one on each side of that to straiten the bar back out.
This does however make the bar shorter so the mounts were pushed to the edge of the bar(or rather the edges of the bar moved in).
By putting the bend in the middle, I estimate 4/5 of the bar is used in the spring action of the swaybar now thereby making it stiffer and harder to torsion.
Thats it, the jeep now has noticeably less body roll and is much more fun (and safer) to drive around corners.
