So...my Frankenlift came in yesterday, but I have to wait until next weekend to get it put on. If I pounded the pinchweld ahead of time, do you guys think 245/75/r16 MT/R's would tear stuff up if I had them mounted on the stock rims, and drove 10 miles to get the lift put on?

Put the tires in the back of your KJ. They will all fit - all 5. I would not take the chance.

Ok...I'm doing the lift myself in my friends garage, and the place that I'm going to have them mounted and balanced at is only open to noon on saturday, and is closed sunday. Looks like I'm going to have to take a day off of work to get them put on since I work 50 miles from where they are getting put on and they close and I get out of work at 5PM. I just wanted to go wheelin' sunday after I get it on...

I put my tires on first, 245/75/16 Revo's, then drove to the shop to put the lift on. It was only a few miles. It rubbed but didn't cause any damage. I've never had to deal with my pinch weld. The only rubbing I have in near the fog lights in front.

Lift first, then tires

Because you ARE having an alignment done when the tires are installed, RIGHT?

Revo's are not the same as MTR's.

MTR's stick out more with the tread design.

I'm going to give it one turn out to help fix the toe in problem, and then I'm going to go wheelin' and let things settle for about 100-150 miles, then I'll get the alignment.
