Weird: so I was adjusting my mirrors the other day and after about six seconds of the motor functioning, it just slowly stops working...almost like the motor has run out of battery power!

I wait for a minute, and adjust them for a few seconds and again, the motor kind of fades out.

This is with the engine running, BTW.

This happens on both sides, too--when one "runs out of juice" the other one is dead too. I have to let them sit for a minute to come back to life.

My thought was that the fuse is getting hot enough to create too much resistance to pass any current...but that's crazy, right?

My mirrors work intermittently too. I sometimes have to turn the ignition off, then back on. I'm the only one that dives it, so they don't get used much and I really haven't looked into iy.
