What is this and what do I need to do to fix the little seep/leak? I noticed it while it was up on the lift getting the tires swapped...

Bump. I am wondering what the little metal cube that is mounted to the top of the axle is. Should it be loose? Can it be tightened? I assume that is where the oil seepage is coming from.

Nothing really to worry about, unless it gets worse. Some seep where the tube goes in to the pumpkin

But it is not seeping from between the tube and the pumpkin. It is leaking from around the small square block that is attached to the top of the tube. And the block can wiggle a little. Should it be tight and if so, how do I tighten it?

Not a big deal !! That leak is coming from your vent tube fitting, which is the hose/fitting coming straight up from the axle tube through the brake hose block. If loose tighten , if still leak's remove (vent tube fitting) with a 9/16 or 14mm wrench and seal with teflon glue or tape !! :JEEPIN: :JEEPIN:

I've seen 'em leak often.
