I may not work Saturday, just a quicky for them to wrap up is all and I may just enjoy my last 2 days! :ROTFL:
So what happening? :jester:

Don't know yet! Wanna come over and play with my Jeep? :ROTFL:

Wait ... weren't ya gonna help Tom with something first?

If I had a hand ....we could :5SHOTS: then slide the whole 3 piece combo in and :5SHOTS: make sure it all sits where we had it planned. Gotta run the niece to work at 2 but I'll be home workin on it other than that. If I don't have a hand to slide the motor in, I'm gonna rip the dash out! (that's a good thing, not a pissed off ... "I'm gonna rip the dash out" ... kinda thing!!!) :ROTFL:

I'll have other stuff to do on it if you're already "scheduled" at Tom's!

Just checked the weather. It's supposed to be rain/showers on Saturday so it's up to you if you wanna stop by Hart. Give me a call. Maybe I'll just clean some of the crap outa the garage! Maybe I can find some more stuff to sell!! (No, not that old wooden toolbox!)

Finally buying some of the little stuff. Got a new Billet radiator cap and 180 deg. thermostat tonight. Also ordered up the universal mounting brackets for the 26 x 19 al. radiator. Didn't really get much visible accomplished today on the Jeep. Tried putting away some of the tools I had strung all over God's creation. Sorted out some bolts and other hardware. Picked up the old wiring harnesses and looked at 'em for a while. Had some Honeydo stuff on the list, took care of that, and that just kinda ate up my day off. Now I have the weekend, and Monday too, to try and actually get something accomplished! Gotta stop by Tom's and get copies of his wiring diagrams this weekend too if he's in town. .....

....
....

Tom?

Got the crossmember all welded up today! There's a couple spots I'm going to throw on another pass but, basically it's done. Also got the radiator mounting brackets along with a 180 thermostat and 16lb billet radiator cap. Should get the trans pan dipstick tomorrow!

Wish I could say mine would be done this weekend!

Hart (BugginKJ) didn't like my welds so he stopped by my work this afternoon and ground off all of mine and put his own welds on the crossmember!

Image

It LOOKS much better! And I'm sure that since it is a structural piece of the running gear so to speak, All the gaps he found when he ground down my welds probably weren't a good thing!!! Thanks Hart!!! And my KJ Thanks You!!! :pepper: :pepper: :pepper:

After Hart got done doing that for me at my work, he gave me a ride home (my wife had the car today) and proceeded to TAKE A HAMMER to my JEEP!!!!!!!!! :dizzy:

Image

WTH????

Image

Oh .... OK ..... Heyyyyyyyy ...... My radiator fits now!!!!! :ROTFL:

Well, so now I know what I need to cut out and refabricate for the radiator! :-)r
