Looks Great Squeeto,
What's you're turn around time an a few thousand?

Hey Mark,
When I go to replace the thermostat (I know, 2 to 3 years from now), what should I torque the nuts to? I promise that I didn't open your stat, I am just making notes for later.
Darn it, lol Yeah, I was going to measure the torque spec by gradually increasing the torque on a torque wrench untill the nuts move a little before it clicks to find out where they are at. Forgot to do that with your unit before I sent it. Oh well, I'll have another one put together soon and will check that one.
I basically crancked it down until I saw the gasket material squish a good bit and then went just a little more until the nuts felt tight enough to make sure they do not rattle free.
I will come up with some specs for you all. I still need to post the thermostat and radiator hose vehicle applications for you all also. I have that written down on a spreadsheet somewhere on my PC. Just need to dig through all my thermostat files and see where it is. - One of these days I WILL get organised. ha ha
Tonite and the next few days I am undertaking a huge project of removing EVERYTHING on my garage floor and scrubbing, and etching it to get it ready for epoxy coating. It's been such a pain cleaning up oil, etc on the floor and I finally got motivated enough to undertake this monstrous task. I don't have a shed so everything is going in the house or outside. I bought tarps to cover the mower etc. So that is my priority untill its done. It takes 1 day to dry after prep, and then I epoxy the floor and another 3 days after that before I can use the garage again. I figure better now than winter. It is getting COLD already though, Hopefully it won't snow yet!
Wish me luck!
