Only if they have the lightbar.

My 06 has the heavy duty alternator and no lightbar. It also has a 6 speed manal, the heavy sidebars and the heavier roof rack. I understood there was some beefing to the tcase. fog lights on the front are oversized variety.

How big is the bigger alternator. My '05 Rene has the 160 Amp and no light bar, just the Hellas on the bumper. I also got, with Package 28X a trailer tow group which included a power steering cooler, HD engine cooling and the hitch 'n stuff. The 3.73 w/trash-lock was a $405 option. No skids but tow hooks. Stupid tin can thin tube rock rails. And get this, an estimated 29mpg highway. Boy were they off.

Not true....
Thule makes a universal bracket that fits the thick Renegade rails, I have them on my '05, have had as many as 4 heavy old fashion longboard surfboards stacked on those cross bars....(on the highway)....with no issues at all....
