Installed and working on my 2005 Jeep Liberty Rocky Mountain Ed. Very easy and only the cost of the relay. Thanks JLRockies for the write up.

I'm next. I leave my CRD running a lot during the summer for the dogs. I was thinking that interrupting the brake pedal switch would prevent the transmission from leaving park. Like how you have to apply the brake to get out of park. Good point about an accidental interrupt to the ignition wire from the brake wire. I hadn't thought of that.

If you put the switch somewhere out of the way you shouldn't have any issues with accidental activation.

How about just opening the Park/Neutral switch so it will not start. Not sure where that is physically located tho.
Just realized this is a dumb idea, we were discussing leaving the vehicle runnng :5SHOTS:
