Cleaing MAP and MAF sensors

Can anyone in this Forum provide me with instructions, perhaps with pictures, on how to inspect and clean the MAP and MAF sensors? Thanks for any assistance you can provide. :?:

As I understand it, the MAF sensor is associated with the ORM (offroad mod) and there is no cleaning involved there, just unplug it. The MAP sensor is the link above. Someone correct me if I'm wrong, I'm only 6 or so months in the game here
