Hey guys,
I had an offer for this 2003 Jeep Grand Cherokee today. The motor is shot. Was driven about 3 hours on about 1 qt of oil. (NOT ME) A friend did this not knowing what was wrong but kept driving. Well I was offered the Jeep for $400.00
She took really good care of it EXCEPT +CHECKING OIL. Any ways, nothing else is wrong with it.

It is a V8
what should I do? Who has ideas and what can I do?

I would check everything else over first front & Rear Diff, tranny, transfer, everything. If all that looks good buy it put a direct replacement in it ans sell it off. You could easily make a 5k on it if you do the work yourself. Just my :2cents:

I allready checked everything out and that is the reason why I might take this Jeep. I was thinking about making it into my off road toy and retire my 03 KJ for wheeling.

$400 for an 03 is an awesome deal. Im sure you could find a junk yard engine cheap, and ether build it to wheel, or sell it for a huge profit. I would do it.
